This is a page for brainstorming what an open tech declaration might look like and how we might build it.

"In terms of process, I'd like to get a summary of what we would do next down on paper (say up to a page of text) that describes what an open tech declaration could be, how it builds on the current declaration, who would be behind it (OSI, Shuttleworth, Hewlett, others?), and a likely date and if possible venue. June/July next years sounds about right to me, iCommons would not be the right venue for this (yes, too contenty). It may be worth us putting together a shortlist of "must have" people, and then starting a private conversation with them to try to work out the best time and place that would work for them, and then build from there."
